How to schedule a group call in Remote Work?



A scheduled meeting in Remote Work is designed for hosting online meetings. The meetings you schedule here will appear under the Group Call section in the department view.

You can schedule a group call in Remote Work by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Remote Work.

  2. Click the dropdown next to Meet Now in the department view and select Schedule Meeting.

  3. Enter the name of the meeting.

  4. Select the date and time for the meeting.

  5. Choose the mode of conversation for your meeting.

  6. Invite attendees by entering their email IDs or by selecting users from the chat tab.

  7. Enter the agenda of your meeting.

  8. Click Create.



Tip: Once scheduled, your meeting will be listed under the Group Call section, where all participants can join at the scheduled time.
