The new Onboarding Portal for both candidate and employee onboarding in Zoho People 5.0 is now available for you to switch with no data loss or reconfiguration. Designed with a focus on simplicity and efficiency, this upgraded portal ensures a smoother, smarter onboarding experience for both candidates and employees

  2. Enhanced Accessibility – Enjoy a clean layout, easy-to-understand navigation, and mobile-friendly access that lets candidates and employees manage onboarding anytime, anywhere.
  3. Seamless Transition – Move to the new portal effortlessly. No reconfiguration is required, and all your existing data remains safe and intact.

How to Switch to New Onboarding Portal

  1. Navigate to Operations > Onboarding > Track Onboarding.
  2. The following banner to switch to new Onboarding portal will be displayed.


  3. Click Click here.
  4. You will be directed to the preview page.
  5. Click the arrow to preview the new onboarding portal.






  6. Upon Previewing, on the last screen, Click Yes, Let’s Go, to proceed with switching to the new portal.



  7. Select the confirmation checkbox and click Confirm.
    The new onboarding portal design for both candidate and employee onboarding will be updated. No reconfiguration is required, and all existing data remains secure and intact.
