Profile Management in Zoho Account

How to change my profile picture


    1. Sign in to your Zoho Account.
    2. Click Personal Information under Profile.
    3. Hover your cursor over your profile picture and click the Edit (🖉) icon.
    4. In the pop-up window, select the image you want to set as your profile picture, then click Open.
    5. Choose who can view your profile picture. The available options are:
      • Only registered Zoho users
      • Only contacts I chat with
      • Only users in my organization (for organization users)
      • Everyone
      • Only myself
    6. Crop your picture if needed, then click Done.

    Info:

    • Supported formats: .jpg, .png, .gif, .jpeg
    • Maximum file size: 10 MB

     

    How to Edit Your Personal Details

    1. Sign in to your Zoho Account.
    2. Click Personal Information under Profile.
    3. Click Edit in the top-right corner of the Personal Information section.
    4. You can now edit your First Name, Last Name, Nickname, Gender, Language, Country, and Time Zone.
    5. Click Save.

     

    How to Add a New Email Address to Your Zoho Account

    1. Sign in to your Zoho Account.
    2. Click My Email Addresses under Profile.
    3. Click Add Email Address.
    4. Enter the new email address and click Add.
    5. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email address, then click Verify.

    Note: You cannot edit existing email addresses in your Zoho account. Instead, you can delete an address and add a new one.

     

    How to Change Your Primary Email Address

    1. Sign in to your Zoho Account.
    2. Click My Email Addresses under Profile.
    3. Hover over the email address you want to make primary and click the More (â‹®) icon.
    4. Click Make Primary.

     

    How to Add a New Mobile Number to Your Zoho Account

    1. Sign in to your Zoho Account.
    2. Click My Mobile Numbers under Profile.
    3. Click Add Mobile Number.
    4. Enter your mobile number and click Add.
    5. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number, then click Verify.

     

    How to Change Your Primary Mobile Number

    1. Sign in to your Zoho Account.
    2. Click My Mobile Numbers under Profile.
    3. Hover over the mobile number you want to make primary and click the More (â‹®) icon.
    4. Click Update.
